Day to Day Plan
Day 1 (10 Kilometres)
Wentworth Falls (Or if closed, we will do a route that is similar)
Can be made shorter if the group is struggling with fitness
On the morning of the Hike, we will collect you from your hotel in Katoomba or the Katoomba train station (Hotel must be in Katoomba CBD- Please email us with the hotel you'll be staying - We will collect you at 8am) and transport you to Wentworth Falls using one of our vans.
This walking track, from Wentworth Falls picnic area, explores the magical, upper section of Valley of the Waters in Jamison Valley at Blue Mountains National Park.
Wentworth Pass takes in scenic waterfalls and valley views as well as magnificent forests and dense rainforest.
Begin your walk at Wentworth Falls lookout, with breath taking views across the Jamison Valley to Mount Solitary. From here you can wander down to the top of Wentworth Falls, before joining the iconic National Pass. The pool beneath Wentworth Falls is a perfect spot to relax and revel in the moist cool air on a warm day.
Taking Slack stairs you'll plunge deep into the Valley of Waters, where you’ll notice the eucalypts and angophoras give way to lush fern trees and moss-covered rocks. The track leads to Empress lookout with exceptional views. Everywhere you look there’s water; from the gentle splashing of creeks to the dull roar of cascading waterfalls.
At the end of the hike we will transport you back to the pre-booked hotel we have supplied for you.
Note (Accommodation for this night is included in the package price - it is based on twin share- meaning you'll be sharing a room with another client.
If you don't want to share a room with someone else - please book the Single Room supplement, so we can reserve your room)
Day 2 (7 Kilometres)
Grand Canyon (Or if closed, we will do a route that is similar)
Hikers in the Blue Mountains, Australia, can explore an historic loop trail that starts in a dry, scrubby forest and winds through cool-temperate rainforests to emerge at the Grand Canyon. The hike is a classic for experienced hikers because it leads through diverse and spectacular environments and takes hikers through a chasm lined with tall sandstone walls covered with mosses and ferns. The hike also offers views of the Grose Valley Wilderness from Evans Lookout. Hikers will then be transported back to the Katoomba CBD where we will wave good bye and dream about our next adventure together.

I have trekked in many places around Australia but never with Aussie bike or Hike. Once I met the crew and saw how professional and fun they were, I kicked myself for not booking sooner. These guys are great!
